Overview

The AKAM mobile industrial access step platform with work deck is intended for inspection, assembly, maintenance, and general access tasks in industrial, workshop, and MRO environments. In the supplied image, the unit features a lightweight reinforced metal frame, multi-step stairway, upper work deck, full guardrails, and handrails on both sides. The steps have gridded or anti-slip surfaces to provide safer access to the work deck. At the upper level, the work deck includes short side panels and perimeter guarding to improve operator safety at limited working heights. Several industrial swivel castors are visible beneath the structure for mobility. Fixed support feet are also visible at the front base area and can contribute to stability when the unit is positioned for work. Unlike hydraulic lifts or scissor platforms, no active lifting mechanism is visible in this configuration; working height is provided by the fixed stair-and-deck structure.
