Aircraft Grease Service & Injection Station

Overview

The AKAM Aircraft Grease Service & Injection Station is designed to support specialized lubrication operations in aircraft maintenance environments. Based on the product image, the station incorporates a rigid vertical frame, a central work platform for component placement, an upper vertical actuator assembly, a lower grease container, and a set of hoses and fluid-transfer connections. The integrated layout allows technicians to perform greasing and grease-injection work at a dedicated and organized service station. The work platform provides a location for the component or service fixture, while the upper assembly is arranged to apply vertical movement or force to the serviced part. The lower section houses the grease container and associated transfer equipment within the frame. The station can be used in aircraft component workshops, MRO facilities, and specialized maintenance areas for greasing, grease injection, and component preparation. Performance specifications such as maximum injection pressure, grease-container capacity, actuator force, stroke, drive-system type, flow rate, and grease compatibility must be confirmed by AKAM TECHNIC Engineering.
